Enjoy Michelin Starred Chef Dante Boccuzzi’s eponymous Modern American restaurant a celebrated destination reflecting his international influences. A creative, seasonal experience with à la carte options or chef prepared tasting menus.

Traditional meets modern in a hip, Tokyo-inspired space. Nestled beneath DANTE Restaurant, Ginko offers sushi reflecting Dante Boccuzzi’s experience with Nobu Matsushia in Milan and London. Signature “unagi and foie” and the transcendental usuzukuri are complimented by an extensive sake list.

Dante Next Door is a casual brunch restaurant located “next door” to Dante Boccuzzi’s signature restaurant DANTE. Featuring classic brunch favorites, hand tossed wood-fired pizza, traditional pasta, salads and sandwiches. Pastries, desserts and the best coffee in Tremont round-out our menu. DBA is a fine dining restaurant on the edge of Akron in the trendy Northside District. Goma is a new Japanese fusion concept opening in Summer 2019. The menu draws upon Boccuzzi’s worldwide award-winning culinary career, which includes serving as executive chef at Nobu in Milan, where he worked directly with Nobu Matsuhisa and Giorgio Armani at the flagship establishment.

Italian heritage prevails at The D.C. Pasta Co. in Strongsville, Ohio. House-made pastas developed from old-world traditions are matched with Dante Boccuzzi’s signature sauces. Al la carte meatballs and Italian classic entrees bring authentic Italian to the suburbs.
